Nottingham Forest 3–1 Manchester City: Delap's double gives Forest a first home win and City a third straight league defeat

What happened

Forest, under Oliver Glasner, had not scored at home all season when Cunha struck inside six minutes, and the City Ground was in full voice long before Delap's second settled the match with 17 minutes left. City, under Enzo Maresca, dominated the ball — about four-fifths of possession on the match record — but a third straight defeat turns their autumn into a slump.

Arsenal's win over Hull City earlier on Saturday had already stretched the gap at the top; Forest's result makes it six points, with the November international break next.
