What happened

For 40 minutes Murrayfield believed: three rolling-maul tries from Ashman answered everything New Zealand threw at the hosts, and the sides turned around separated by one score. After the break the penalties mounted, Tuipulotu's sin-bin opened the door, and Barrett and Aumua closed the match out. Scotland next face Australia at Murrayfield; New Zealand's unbeaten Nations Championship run continues.
