What happened

Getafe's Coliseum is a hard place to break down, and for more than an hour Brighton could not do it — Hadjam twice found the woodwork and the game stayed goalless. The break came from two headers in the 64th minute: Costinha cushioned one back across goal and Yalcouyé crashed his header in off the underside of the bar. Brighton defended the lead to full-time at 90+4' and leave Spain with their unbeaten, clean-sheet start intact.
